Your privacy is of the utmost importance to
United Farmers Agents Association. As part
of our commitment to protect your privacy,
we’ve outlined our privacy policy to help
you better understand how we collect and use

Member Services
When you enter our UFAA's Member Services
area, we collect your "User Name and
Password" These are used only to verify
that you are a UFAA Member. UFAA uses this
information for no other purpose and does
not share or sell this information to
others.
Credit Card Order
When you place this application, your name,
address, e-mail address, credit card number,
and expiration date are collected. This
allows us to process and fulfill your
application and to notify you of your
application status. UFAA uses this
information to process the order only and
does not share or sell this information to
others.
Member Bulletin Board
When you post a message to our bulletin
board, your name and e-mail address is
collected, only to verify the validity of
the sender.
Your e-mail address, personal information,
and cookies
At certain times, your e-mail address, if
provided, may be used to contact you to see
if you would like to be on a UFAA e-mail
list. You have the option to accept or
refuse this. UFAA will not sell, rent, or
lease your personally identifiable
information to others unless we have your
permission or are required by law.
Additionally, UFAA does not store “cookies,”
a small text file sent by a website to your
browser and stored on your computer hard
drive for later use.
Protection of your information
UFAA takes extensive security measures to
insure the privacy of your data. We have in
place both electronic and managerial
procedures to protect sensitive data
collected on-line. UFAA utilizes a secure
server when a application is placed on-line
or account information is requested. The
secure socket layer (SSL) encrypts all
information, using SSL Encryption software
from our BitEngines Premium SSL Certificate,
one of the leaders in SSL Encryption
technology.
