30 days, DMM sends second notification letter

DM or DMM letter of notification, DM checks on
progress and updates business plan
- For agents who have not responded
to either letter of notification, DM can recommend
termination if agent performance has not improved
significantly

- For agents who have significantly
improved performance, DM recommends rehabilitation
- For agents who have shown limited
improvement under mitigation circumstances, DM and
DMM can recommend one three-month extension
- For agents who received a notice
of termination at the three-month review, DM checks
performance and either allows termination to go
through or recommends rescinding he termination
