As a benefit to all agents a survey will be conducted in the next few days for agent interest and feasibility in reducing cost and improving the coverage offered under the current Group E&O policy.

As you may know the company does not provide competitive alternatives to this plan and there are exclusions in this form that could devastate your agency in the event of an E & O claim.

You will receive an email from our office providing a description of the procedure and a link to a secure website where you may complete a brief anonymous survey and review policy exclusions. This information will be used in the creation of a group profile and loss experience for all Full Time and Career agents for rating and policy formation.

As the enrollment date for all agents is 1/1/2008, this needs to be completed upon receipt in order to have an offer to compare prior to the last waiver of coverage date.
