Having trouble getting into Member Services ?

• Do you have a Username & Password? If not Click Here
• If you already have a Username and Password:
  • Make sure your username looks like this: Fred Smith (use your name)
  • Your password is case sensitive (if you requested it in lower case, type it in that way)
• If you know your Username and Password are correct and you still can't get in:
  • and you are using AOL, minimize AOL and open Internet Explorer on you windows desktop (The Big Blue "E"), then go to www.ufaa.com and try to log in, usually this will do the trick because the built in Browser in AOL does some strange things and will not pass your Username and Password correctly.
  • Also: Sometimes depending on the version of Windows 98 you are using it will cause the same type of problem, make sure you have downloaded all the updates and service packs for both Windows 98 and Internet Explorer, this will usually cure the problem.
