RE: 2003 Minimum Production Requirement

Dear Bob,

Our records indicate that your NASD and State registrations are current. However, we are disappointed that you were unable to achieve the published minimum 6 new accounts or $1000 in new business commissions that were required in 2003 to keep your licenses in good standing. We also see that even though you missed the goal you have been trying to sell FFS products, so we went to help you be successful.

Reps that did not meet 2003 production requirements are being offered a one-time opportunity to retain their registered status with FFS by paying a $1,000 service fee. If you take this opportunity, we will assign one of our internal volunteers to work with you on a regular basis to ensure that you never again find yourself falling short. Additionally, it you take advantage of this opportunity to keep your securities registration in good standing and either generate 12 new accounts or $2,000 in new commissions in 2004, we will refund this entire service fee to you after year-end 2004 numbers are tabulated.

If you decide to take advantage of this opportunity, you need to let us know. The payment can be made by check or P&C Folio deduction (minimum of 5 Installments). The due date to respond to FFS with your intent to retain your registered status is March 3l, 2004. It is important that you mail (if paying by check) or fax (if electing Folio payment) the information below by the due date, as we will begin termination processes in early April 2004. This is your chance to stay in the financial services business and get a little coaching help as well, so don’t pass It up!!
